The Company’s main objective is to maintain the long-standing presence of its brand on the dispenser market for the production and dispensing of hot, cold and iced drinks, and ice cream, expanding to the main countries around the world and consolidating the image of reliability of its product. To pursue this objective, the following elements are considered strategic:
- research and development of technological and design solutions
- product functionality and reliability
- after-sales technical assistance
For this reason, the constant commitment to the following is necessary:
- continuous focus on customer and user needs
- performance of ongoing product performance tests
- provision of technical training and awareness-raising among staff
- performance of market feedback analysis
- after-sales service network
Such actions must be pursued continuously in compliance with the current legislation and technical regulations in Italy or any country where the products are sold, with a focus on meeting the expectations of all stakeholders at the same time.
By implementing and maintaining a management system compliant with the ISO 9001 standard, the Company intends to formalise its organisational and production know-how so that it can be shared within the organization itself, verified through auditing activities, measured via a system of indicators and oriented towards improvement consistent with the conditions of the reference market.
These general objectives are pursued by setting annual performance targets for the main processes, as well as by planning detailed objectives and actions to improve the management system.
Such planning is guaranteed by the Management at least every year following the periodic review of the system.
