The Company Management’s commitment to implementing and upholding a Social Responsibility Policy is aimed at strengthening and promoting the concepts and goals focused on the overall improvement of working conditions. In particular, the Milano Dispensers S.p.a. Management undertakes to:
- Not implement or encourage the use of child labour
- Not implement or encourage the use of forced labour
- Not implement or encourage the use of coercive practices or physical and psychological violence
- Guarantee the health and safety of its workers and healthy working environments
- Value differences and guarantee equal opportunities
- Respect workers’ rights to freedom of association
- Prohibit any type of discrimination towards workers
- Comply with existing legislation in relation to workers’ rights/duties
- Continuously improve the management system
- Treat all customers and suppliers with honesty and impartiality
- Pay the utmost attention to the way in which payments are made in order to identify any irregularities
Strongly prohibit facilitation payments (to expedite or facilitate bureaucratic processes).
Social responsibility also involves compliance with the principles listed by suppliers forming part of the production chain at both a national and international level. Milano Dispensers S.p.a. therefore also undertakes to pursue a policy of preventing behaviour which deviates from such principles.
The Company guarantees transparent communication with other regulatory bodies and associations regarding Social Responsibility requirements.

- set environmental improvement targets, ensuring the necessary resources to achieve them
- defined employee training and awareness programmes
- defined meaningful and accurate environmental data monitoring systems
- defined ways to promote eco-innovation for products and processes
- defined supplier selection and assessment methods
